We can catch minor issues before they become major breakdowns, while extending the life of your system.

Terms & Conditions
Membership Term: Plans are billed annually or monthly and renew automatically unless canceled in writing.
Service Visits: Each plan includes two maintenance visits per year — one in spring and one in fall. Visits are performed during normal business hours.
Coverage: Pricing includes one heating & cooling system. Additional systems may be added at 50% of the plan cost per unit.
Priority Service: Members receive scheduling priority ahead of non-members. Response times are based on business-hour availability and workload.
Repair Discounts: Discounts apply only to services performed by JBH Heating & Air. Plan must be active and payments current at the time of service.
Loyalty Credits: Annual credits apply toward new equipment installation only. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 5 years of reaching maximum accumulating value.
Warranty: Lifetime repair warranty (Custom Plan only) applies to repairs made by JBH Heating & Air while membership remains active.
Overtime Charges: Overtime charges apply to Basic and Enhanced plans. Custom plan includes no overtime fees for covered service calls.
Transferability: Active memberships may move with you within our service area, but cannot be transferred to a new owner.
Cancellation: Either party may cancel at any time. Refunds will be prorated for unused maintenance visits.
